The M&M Area Community Foundation, which exists to provide bridges for people to achieve their charitable giving dreams for our local communities, is currently looking for an Executive Director. The ideal candidate must have a foundation of integrity and must readily demonstrate leadership skills through proactive collaboration while working within the community and with the Foundation Directors/Office Manager. The right candidate must be able demonstrate a proven track record of creating and sustaining strategic plans that grow an endowment funding base as well as sustaining mutually beneficial relationships within the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study is preferred, however, life/work experience may be considered. The position offers competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid vacation, potential annual performance bonus and participation in retirement savings plan. Young Philanthropist Award
The YAC is accepting nominations for the 2014 Young Philanthropist Award. Students, small groups, and school organizations residing in Marinette and Menominee Counties are eligible for nomination. Deadline for nominations is Friday, April 4th, 2014 at 4:00 pm.

The 2014 Youth Advisory Committee grant cycle is open!
The Y.A.C. has been an integral part of the M&M Area Community Foundation from Day 1! In 2013, they granted over $11,000 to 9 organizations with projects and programs impacting area young people. The deadline for applications is Friday, May 2nd. Grants will be awarded in June.
